Return & Refund Policy

At FOENDA SHOP LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

• Refunds: After inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

• Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, digital products, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or sent in error.
